Hand Lamination
High quality components of any size can be produced quickly using this versatile process.
With a modern, dedicated 10,000 square foot factory, we have production runs of between 1 to 30 components per week which are of a consistent material thickness.
We work with various clients in different sectors creating hand laminated components from one-off builds to large production runs.
Additional benefits of hand lamination include:
Complicated multi sectional moulds and products can be manufactured.
Components can be produced with fixing brackets, seals windows, insulation etc.
Cost effective for small production runs.

Spray Deposition
In our larger factory we can quickly turn around high quality components, whilst retaining consistent material thickness.
Usually, this method is used to produce the larger components over one square metre in size up to products 15 metres in length. The process gives approximately 30% saving on labour manufacturing costs over hand lamination.
With production runs from 1 to 50 components per week, multi-sectional moulds can be used and complicated products manufactured.

Closed Tool Shop
This environmentally friendly process makes very high quality components.
Production runs are generally from 10 to 200 components per week. The components produced by this process are anything up to 6 square metres in size. The turn around of components is fast and gives approximately 25% saving on labour manufacturing costs over hand lamination resulting in cheaper component prices
Additional benefits/features:
Material thickness and weight is regulated by this process – each type of product is the same weight and thickness.
Products are smooth both sides and can have high gloss finish one side with texture on the other.
