XBOX One Launch
We were tasked with manufacturing the patterns, tooling, and over 30 products to form the structure at the launch of XBox One in Leicester Square, London. There was an extremely tight timescale for completion. From date of enquiry we managed to manufacture and deliver the patterns, GRP moulds and over 30 products within just 3 weeks for our customer. Needless to say they were thrilled with the turnaround!
Stairwell Pods
We were tasked with designing and building a bespoke stairwell pod.Several aspects were challenging with strict time scales, weight limits, U value calculations and lifting points to ensure safe lifting of the pre-assembled pod on site. This was a huge team effort to get the tooling, panels and frame manufactured, and the pod assembled, delivered and installed on site within 3 weeks of the order.
Secure Kiosks Locker
Our secure lockers, manufactured in our factory, are available in a broad range of colors and can be built to any size, with lightweight options for applications with weight restrictions. Designed to meet various needs, they offer a range of fire retardancy options and can be delivered either pre-assembled or in a flat-pack format for easy access. Plus, we can arrange short lead times to ensure fast delivery.
